The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Peralta forces Perry back against the cage and clinches.
Perry tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Peralta avoids it.
Perry doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Perry is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Peralta is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Peralta has escaped and now he's on top!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Peralta drops back looking for a leg! Perry is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Perry manages to kick Peralta off! Peralta jumps back into Perry's guard.

Perry can't keep his opponent in guard - Peralta advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

It looks like Dorian Perry has been cut.
Perry is looking to improve his position.
Oh Perry is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Peralta is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Peralta lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Perry quite badly. Perry pulls Peralta in close trying to recover. Peralta postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Perry on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Perry doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
