Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nick Holey (ranked 2945 p4p, 147 weight class) and Jaro Lalla (ranked 5891 p4p, 221 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 11 - 1, fighting out of London, Jaro Lalla!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holey gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Lalla to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Lalla passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Lalla tries for a kimura but Holey is defending well.
Lalla is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Holey is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Holey is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Lalla tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lalla has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Holey is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Holey postures up in Lalla's guard and throws a big left but Lalla blocks it.
Holey could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Holey throws a strike but Lalla rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Lalla drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Holey dives on top into guard.

Holey postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Lalla throws his legs up looking for a submission but Holey uses it to pass to side control.

Lalla regains half guard there - taking advantage of Holey's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
Lalla is looking for a sweep. Holey is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Holey tries to stand but can't do so whilst Lalla controls his leg.
Holey frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Holey trying to control but Lalla is having none of it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Holey is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Lalla is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Lalla regains half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Lalla keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Lalla shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Holey's guard.
Holey wants to sweep here but Lalla controlling him for the moment.
Lalla thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Lalla has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Holey defend it? Lalla steps over the head and cranks it - Holey is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Lalla!

Jaro Lalla decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
