Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Malik Ali (ranked 1830 p4p, 213 weight class) and Uri Gellar (ranked 1604 p4p, 181 weight class). Gellar has chosen James Randi exposes Uri Geller as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gellar misses with a head kick.
Ali throws a head kick that misses
and Gellar makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Ali looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Ali connects with a jab.
Gellar tries to clinch there but Ali circles away.
Ali ducks under a wild hook from Gellar.
Gellar just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromAli .
Ali throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Ali uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Gellar.
Gellar misses with a hook.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ali takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Ali lands with a kick to the temple. Gellar shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Gellar pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ali steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Gellar. That one must have hurt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gellar tries to clinch up.
Ali takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Gellar tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ali paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Ali throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Ali checks a low kick from Gellar.
Ali throws a quick inside leg kick.
A jab from Gellar does it's job there.
Ali lands a brutal head kick. Gellar looks out on his feet and Ali throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
