The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romo's corner calls for a 1-2. Romo obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
It looks like Elijah Pitakaka has been cut.
Pitakaka moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Pitakaka throws a front kick aimed at Romo's knee but Romo avoids it well.
Pitakaka rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Romo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Pitakaka will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Pitakaka throws a head kick that misses.
Pitakaka throws a wild body kick that Romo sees coming a mile off.
A head kick misses from Romo.
Pitakaka throws a sloppy head kick and Romo moves out of range easily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Pitakaka throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Romo.
Romo is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Romo feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Pitakaka's calf.

Romo has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Pitakaka throws a right hand that Romo ducks under and follows up with a left that Romo also avoids with ease.
Romo jabs Pitakaka right on the nose. Pitakaka blinks but takes it well.
Pitakaka is rocked!
Romo ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Pitakaka out cold! The fight is over!
