Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Kyshenko (ranked 6180 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kieran Thompson (ranked 4577 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Thompson throws a series of punches but Kyshenko moves out of range.
Thompson throws a lazy right hand but Kyshenko sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kyshenko tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Thompson manages to circle out of the way.
Kyshenko misses with a few strikes there.
Kyshenko is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Kyshenko throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Thompson throws a series of strikes that have Kyshenko backpedaling.
Thompson fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kyshenko looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Nice straight punches there by Thompson. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Thompson.
Kyshenko swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Thompson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Thompson lands with a right hand.

Kyshenko throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kyshenko walks into a straight right hand from Thompson.
Kyshenko misses with a series of wild punches.
Thompson slips a jab from Kyshenko.
Thompson throws a jab but it's blocked by Kyshenko.

Kyshenko closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Thompson scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Kyshenko takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Thompson swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
A slow jab from Kyshenko misses its intended target.
Sloppy strikes from Kyshenko. Those never looked like landing.
Kyshenko rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Thompson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Thompson darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Thompson loads up on a big right hand but Kyshenko slips the punch.
Thompson bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kyshenko's head backwards.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The fighters circling - Thompson throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
As Thompson tries to get set, Kyshenko tries to push him back and clinch up but Thompson manages to avoid the attempt.
Kyshenko throws a right and a left that both miss.
Thompson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A jab from Thompson finds it's way through Kyshenko's defenses.
Thompson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Thompson lands with a nice combination. Kyshenko backs away looking to recover.

Kyshenko is rocked!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
No joy there for Kyshenko, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Thompson let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Oh Kyshenko is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kyshenko is breathing heavily.
Thompson cracks Kyshenko with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Kyshenko falls to his knees and Thompson doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

After winning the bout, Kieran Thompson thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
