Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oak Tree (ranked 6335 p4p, 564 weight class) and Mayson Benjamin (ranked 6305 p4p, 562 weight class). The key to victory for Oak Tree has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benjamin misses with a jab to the body
and Tree counters with a right hand to the body.
Benjamin throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Tree wants to clinch.
Benjamin throws a nice looking combination but Tree bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Benjamin gets caught flat footed, as Tree shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Benjamin is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Benjamin controlling the pace.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Benjamin is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Tree knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Benjamin on the ground.
Benjamin looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Tree actively working from the bottom here.
Benjamin seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Benjamin is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Tree has managed to free his arm - good work.
Still in half guard, Benjamin seems content to control.
Tree is trying to get back to full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Benjamin passes the guard and advances to mount!
Tree takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Benjamin working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Tree turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Benjamin off and cradles Tree's limp body as Benjamin celebrates with his corner.
