Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bjorn Ragnar (ranked 726 p4p, 107 weight class) and Sven Ludwig (ranked 857 p4p, 122 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ragnar might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Shook Ones II. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the liver by Ragnar. Beautiful body shot.

Ludwig ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A slow jab from Ludwig misses its intended target.

It looks like Bjorn Ragnar has been cut.
Ragnar takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Sven Ludwig seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ragnar cracks Ludwig with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Ludwig walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Ragnar checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Ludwig shoots in and drives through. Ragnar sprawls well.

Bjorn Ragnar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sven Ludwig.

Ragnar looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.

Ludwig takes the fight into the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Ragnar.
Ragnar lands a right hand.
A head punch on the inside from Ludwig fails to land.
Ragnar lands a shot to the body.
Ragnar tries a body shot but Ludwig blocks it.
Ragnar tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Ludwig's elbow.
Ragnar has a couple of punches blocked by Ludwig.
Ragnar throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Ludwigs head.
Ragnar digs a right hand underneath Ludwig's ribcage. Ludwig let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Ragnar is pushing Ludwig up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Ludwig is trying to drag Ragnar to the mat but Ragnar just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Ragnar throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Ludwig can't find room to land a body shot as Ragnar controls the action.

Ludwig is trying to drag Ragnar to the mat but Ragnar just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Ragnar swings wildly with an uppercut but Ludwig uses good head movement to avoid it.
Ragnar is looking to control Ludwig's arms but Ludwig gets an underhook and turns him. Now Ragnar has his back to the cage.

Ragnar's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
A nice leg kick lands there from Ludwig.
Ludwig uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ragnar.
Ludwig tries to clinch but Ragnar is having none of it.
Ragnar lands a front kick.
Ludwig tries to clinch up but Ragnar circles away and keeps his distance.
Ragnar cracks a nice hook into Ludwig's ribs.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Ragnar counters with a nice body kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bjorn Ragnar dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ragnar, as that shot connected.

Ludwig is still looking wobbly from the end of the last round!
Ragnar is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Ludwig can do to turn this around?
Ragnar throws a quick head kick that knocks Ludwig silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Ragnar is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
