Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Netero Midga (ranked 3377 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien The Omen (ranked 1932 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying The Omen's choice of entrance music: Number of the Beast - Iron Maiden. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Midga misses with a double jab.

The Omen closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
The Omen softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
The Omen makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Midga tries to land knees in the clinch but The Omen avoids the damage to the body.
The Omen misses with an elbow strike.
The Omen can't find room to land a body shot as Midga controls the action.
Midga blocks a body shot from The Omen.
Midga using the Thai plumb to throw knees but The Omen has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Midga tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Midga throws a punch but it's blocked by The Omen.
Midga misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from The Omen.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The Omen lands with a light punch inside.
The Omen lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Midga wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but The Omen has him pressed against the cage.
Midga with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
A nice right hand lands inside from The Omen.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Midga's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

The Omen jerks Midga's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Midga drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! The Omen goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from The Omen because Midga was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
