Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kazimierz closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Johnson's guard.

Johnson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kazimierz doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kazimierz manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Johnson has an active guard here but Kazimierz has managed to pass into half guard.
Johnson tries to roll over but Kazimierz keeps him under control.

Johnson throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Kazimierz escapes and throws Johnson's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Kazimierz wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Johnson, who protects the arm well.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Johnson can do anything to dispel that myth.

Johnson is trying to get back to half guard.
Kazimierz happy to just control the position for now.

Kazimierz thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Kazimierz cracks Johnson with a big right hand but Johnson just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Johnson looking for a sweep but Kazimierz has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Kazimierz takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Johnson is trying to escape the mount.
Johnson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kazimierz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kazimierz takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Kazimierz wants to control the pace but Johnson is squirming around nicely.

Johnson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Kazimierz is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Johnson has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Kazimierz is landing with some decent strikes but Johnson is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Johnson is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Kazimierz off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
Kazimierz has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Johnson's body.
