The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kong misses with the body kick
and Murhaa counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kong with a jab.
Kong turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
A swing and a miss from Murhaa.
Kong throws out a counter right but Murhaa avoids it with no problem.
A looping hook to the body misses from Murhaa. Kong does a little dance to reset his feet.
Murhaa has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Smash and Twist in the buildup to the fight.
Murhaa fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kong on the side of the head.
Kong ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Murhaa moves away.
Kong throws a leg kick that misses.
A slapping leg kick lands for Kong.
Murhaa throws a sloppy head kick
and Kong counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Kong throws a front kick aimed at Murhaa's knee but Murhaa avoids it well.
Murhaa tries to score with a low kick but Kong moves his leg out of the way.
A little jabbing left from Kong on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Murhaa darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kong takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Kong closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Kong is rocked!
Kong drops his hands momentarily. Murhaa doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Kong staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Kong doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
