Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Ingle (ranked 6289 p4p, 459 weight class) and Lyoto Machida (ranked 5183 p4p, 417 weight class). Ingle comes to the cage accompanied by The Jaguar. Lyoto Machida acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ryan Ingle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lyoto Machida!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Daniel Bishop and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machida misses with a hook.
Ingle lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like Lyoto Machida has been cut.
Machida instigates a clinch.
Machida breaks the clinch.
Machida has managed to clinch.
Machida has Ingle pressed against the cage, preventing Ingle from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Ingle pulls guard successfully.
Machida is stalling in the full guard.
Machida stands and steps away. Ingle gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Machida is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Ingle throws a head kick that misses
and Machida counters with a left and a right that stings Ingle.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ingle is trying hard to land a takedown here. Machida sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Machida swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A big right from Machida misses.
Ingle showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Machida.
Ingle swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Ingle lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Machida has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Machida is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Ingle.
Machida swings for the body but Ingle moves out of range.
Machida misses with a straight left.
Ingle fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Machida avoids it really well and circles away.
Nice straight punches there by Machida. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Machida.
Ingle goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ingle shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Machida counters with a crisp one two that drops Ingle! Machida thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Ingle to his feet! Ingle is in big trouble!
Ingle is rocked!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Ingle. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ingle is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Machida fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Oh Ingle is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Machida fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Machida cracks Ingle on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Ingle falls backwards against the cage. Machida follows up with more strikes that drop Ingle to his knees. Machida keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Ingle! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lyoto Machida!
