Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Marcelo Barbosa (ranked 1310 p4p, 69 weight class) and Xing Pugberg (ranked 1237 p4p, 64 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbosa scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Pugberg doesn't seem bothered though.
Barbosa lands a leg kick that knocks Pugberg off balance momentarily.

Barbosa shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Pugberg pinned against the cage. Pugberg gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Pugberg felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
