Coming up we have a welterweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Vulcahn Dravezesdi (ranked 1707 p4p, 226 weight class) and Paul Hunt (ranked 468 p4p, 72 weight class). Dravezesdi comes into the arena with Nobody's Fool blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 14 wins and 5 losses; Vulcahn Dravezesdi! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Helsinki, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 2 losses; Paul Hunt!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Hunt changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dravezesdi tries to avoid it but Hunt manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dravezesdi to the ground. Dravezesdi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hunt is trying hard to land a takedown here. Dravezesdi sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Dravezesdi looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Hunt!

We've been hearing good reports from Dravezesdi's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Dravezesdi has control of Hunt's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Hunt regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Dravezesdi is trying to control here but Hunt has managed to regain half guard.

Dravezesdi wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hunt keeps working.
Dravezesdi trying to mount his opponent but Hunt defends it.
Dravezesdi uses his free foot to push down on Hunt's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Hunt.

Dravezesdi is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Hunt has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Hunt!

Hunt stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dravezesdi swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Hunt is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Dravezesdi wants to escape the position.

Hunt is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Dravezesdi is defending well though. Hunt let's go of the attempt for now.

Dravezesdi is keeping busy.
We've been informed that Hunt has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Hunt slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Hunt's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
Hunt might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Dravezesdi haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Hunt is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Dravezesdi is trying to defend against the choke here but Hunt has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Hunt Tightens the hold and Dravezesdi taps out furiously! Hunt displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
