Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Henry Akinwande (ranked 2344 p4p, 243 weight class) and Fray Tormenta (ranked 235 p4p, 31 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tormenta is trying to hold Akinwande in close to prevent damage but Akinwande has managed to pass into half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

and Akinwande counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Tormenta badly! He tries to strike back but Akinwande puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Tormenta out cold! Oh man, Tormenta will never hear the end of this one!
