Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Anti Happy (ranked 6131 p4p, 432 weight class) and Johnny Rosenthal (ranked 1462 p4p, 160 weight class). Happy's entrance music is Bvana iz lagune & Mikri Maus - AntiHepi. A fine choice. Johnny Rosenthal is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Anti Happy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Johnny Rosenthal!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Happy looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Happy shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rosenthal but Rosenthal pushes him off and we're back to square one.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Rosenthal! But no joy.
Rosenthal throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Happy is looking for a counter combo.
Good shot there by Rosenthal.
Happy lands with an overhand left.
Happy closes the distance but Rosenthal moves to the side

and Rosenthal counters with a crisp right hand that drops Happy! Rosenthal lets Happy back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Happy is rocked!

It looks like Anti Happy has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Rosenthal manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Happy on his heels. He'll look to pass Happy's guard now, I'm sure.
Oh Happy is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rosenthal would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Rosenthal looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Happy seems to have got his legs back now.

Happy looking for a guillotine here but Rosenthal defends easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Happy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rosenthal can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Rosenthal wants to stand but Happy is controlling his posture from full guard.
Rosenthal seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Rosenthal avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rosenthal decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Happy, up you get!
Rosenthal looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Happy throws a right hand that misses

and Rosenthal counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Rosenthal.
Rosenthal slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Happy looking for a triangle here. Rosenthal is fighting it but it looks tight! Happy pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Rosenthal is tapping out - this one is all over!

Anti Happy spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
