Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jamie Bowen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Zac Diamandi!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Ron Honeybunn and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diamandi shoots in and gets a takedown into Bowen's guard.
Diamandi stands and throws Bowen's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Bowen wants to control but Diamandi postures up.
Diamandi is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Diamandi works to advance to full mount. Bowen defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Diamandi has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Bowen's face.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Diamandi content just to control the position here.
Diamandi has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Diamandi looking to secure an arm triangle but Bowen defends it well.
Bowen could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bowen wants to hold on but Diamandi pushes him away.
Diamandi looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
It looks like Jamie Bowen has been cut.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee warns Bowen that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Bowen is rocked!
Diamandi postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Bowen badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Diamandi around the waist but Diamandi pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Diamandi is the winner by TKO! Diamandi jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zac Diamandi!
