Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rock Yak (ranked 4604 p4p, 0 weight class) and Horus Lupical (ranked 3256 p4p, 0 weight class). Lupical has chosen Right Where it Belongs by NIN as his entrance music. Horus Lupical acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Horus Lupical!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yak tries to clinch there but Lupical circles away.
Lupical throws a jab when Yak was well out of range.
Yak throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Yak slips under a jab.
Lupical throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Yak drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Lupical throws a hook to the side of Yak's head but Yak sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Yak shoots in but Lupical avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Yak throws a right and a left that Lupical avoids nicely.
Lupical lands a really nice looking cross but Yak seems unphased.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lupical displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Yak.
Lupical looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Yak takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Lupical throws a hook but Yak avoids it easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lupical thuds a left hand into Yak's body.
Jab by Lupical.
Yak pivots, looking for a leg kick but Lupical is out of range and Yak settles back down.
Lupical tests Yak's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Lupical lands a glancing blow to the side of Yak's head.
Lupical drops Yak with a straight right hand, right on the button! Lupical follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Horus Lupical!
Horus Lupical looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'I am just grateful to be alive.'.
