Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ayuh Maju (ranked 2288 p4p, 240 weight class) and Ben Smith (ranked 1231 p4p, 138 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Smith's choice of entrance music: Bleached - Hard to Kill. Ayuh Maju has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ayuh Maju!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ben Smith!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Winston Alpacca and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Maju punishes Smith's body with a nice straight punch.
Smith slips a jab from Maju.
Smith throws out a counter right but Maju avoids it with no problem.
Maju throws a hook to the side of Smith's head but Smith sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Smith staying out of range there.
Smith rushes Maju and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
A nice right hand lands inside from Smith.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Smith creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Smith throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Maju is trying to force a seperation but Smith has the dominant position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Maju wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
A short left from Smith.
Smith avoiding damage.
Maju is trying to push Smith away but Smith has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Smith makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Maju tries to break the clinch but Smith is controlling the position.
Maju wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Smith has him pressed against the cage.

Smith lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Maju backwards.
Smith lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Smith pushes Maju back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Smith looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Smith lands a left hand that snaps the head of Maju backwards.
Maju is rocked!
Smith dips a shoulder and cracks Maju with a mighty uppercut! Maju falls back against the cage and Smith unloads with a barrage of strikes! Maju is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Smith screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ben Smith!
Ben Smith bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
