Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Breno Gracie (ranked 3049 p4p, 369 weight class) and Sebastian Kluba (ranked 1445 p4p, 195 weight class). Sebastian Kluba will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie fails with a takedown attempt.

Kluba swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Kluba defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gracie.
Kluba looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Gracie drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Kluba manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gracie has Kluba in his guard.

Gracie working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kluba doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kluba manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Gracie has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Kluba is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Gracie.

Kluba decides to stand back up. Kluba steps back and let's Gracie get back to his feet.
Gracie feints and then cracks Kluba's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kluba down.

Gracie shoots in looking for a takedown. Kluba tries to sprawl out of it but Gracie keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kluba manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Gracie shoots in looking for a takedown. Kluba tries to sprawl out of it but Gracie keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kluba manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Kluba throws a hook to the side of Gracie's head but Gracie sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Kluba ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

and Kluba counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Kluba throws out a counter right but Gracie avoids it with no problem.

Gracie lands a nice leg kick that just misses Kluba's sensitive parts.
Gracie turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Kluba throws a hook to the side of Gracie's head but Gracie sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Oooooh!!! Kluba has knocked Gracie down with a huge combo! Kluba steps away and waves a wobbly Gracie back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
