Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leroy Brown (ranked 4603 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Rose (ranked 4862 p4p, 0 weight class). Miguel Rose acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rose looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Brown closes the distance and clinches.
Rose tries to break free but Brown pushes him back against the cage.
Brown is looking to break free of the clinch but Rose has double underhooks.

Brown breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Rose shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Brown napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Brown on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Brown tries to get out of the position.
Rose wants to lay and pray for a moment but Brown keeps working.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rose tries to score with some ground and pound. Brown controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Brown prevents Rose from moving into mount.
Brown is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Rose is working Brown over with some ground and pound from side control.
Rose has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Brown tries to improve position but can't.
Brown knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rose on the ground.

Rose has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Brown tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rose manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Rose misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Brown swats away the attempt to clinch by Rose.

Brown gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Rose to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Rose is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Rose's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Rose lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Brown is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Rose shoots in and drives through. Brown sprawls well.
As Rose tries to get set, Brown tries to push him back and clinch up but Rose manages to avoid the attempt.
Leroy Brown has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Miguel Rose.
Rose shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Brown pinned against the cage. Brown gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
As Rose looks to move away, Brown throws a big counter combo but Rose just gets out of the way.
Rose gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Brown.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Brown clinches up with Rose and pushes him back against the cage.

Rose throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Brown was covering up waiting for the punch and Rose finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Rose throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Brown works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Rose gets to his feet - Brown follows without any prompting.
Brown shoots in and drives through. Rose sprawls well.

Rose closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Brown is looking to get back to is feet but Rose passes into side control.

Brown parries the strikes from Rose easily there. Rose is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Brown to escape.
Brown seems a little lost for a moment, as Rose dominates the positioning.
Brown trying his best to control but Rose has mounted him.
Rose scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Brown?

Rose is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Brown is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Brown flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Rose anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Brown and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Rose slips an arm under Brown chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Rose has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Rose is squeezing on Brown like an anaconda would it's prey. Brown fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
