PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Uriah Chin (ranked 2141 p4p, 121 weight class) and Obi Wan Kenobi (ranked 1413 p4p, 82 weight class). Uriah Chin had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 136.5lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Obi Wan Kenobi is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Kenobi has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Chin wants to control from the top but Kenobi keeps moving.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Obi Wan Kenobi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Chin moves in looking to clinch but Kenobi pushes him off.

and Kenobi counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

As Kenobi tries to get set, Chin tries to push him back and clinch up but Kenobi manages to avoid the attempt.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Obi Wan Kenobi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Oh Chin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Kenobi closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Chin! Kenobi dives in looking to finish! Chin is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
