Seok needs to keep his hands up - Tattoo Guy had a free shot at his head there.

Tattoo Guy isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Seok stacks Tattoo Guy on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Seok!

Seok changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tattoo Guy tries to avoid it but Seok manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tattoo Guy to the ground. Tattoo Guy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
