Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dub Kong (ranked 3000 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bo Angliese (ranked 3037 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kong misses with a double jab
enabling Angliese to counter with a crisp jab.
Kong throws a right and a left that both miss.
Angliese scores with a three punch combo!
Angliese scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kong doesn't seem bothered though.
Kong swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Angliese counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Kong throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A little jabbing left from Angliese on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Kong misses with a hook. Angliese ducked under it nicely.
Angliese is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Kong with a body shot.

Kong throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Angliese now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

Kong looks to land a combination but Angliese avoids it well.
Kong is breathing heavily.
Angliese throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kong on the side of the head.
Angliese keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

and Angliese counters with a three punch combo that has Kong backing up. Kong nods at Angliese to acknowledge the strikes.
Kong steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Angliese. That one must have hurt.
Sloppy strikes from Kong. Those never looked like landing.
Angliese throws out a counter right but Kong avoids it with no problem.
Kong takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Kong throws a series of punches but Angliese moves out of range.
Kong misses with a jab, cross combination.
Dub Kong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Angliese knocks Kong to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?

Kong is rocked!

It looks like Dub Kong has been cut.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kong is looking to get back to his feet here but Angliese is keeping cool and he's managed to take Kong's back.
Oh Kong is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Angliese gets back to his feet from a dominant position... quite strange.
Kong seems to have got his legs back now.
Angliese is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Kong misses with a shot to the body
and Angliese connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Angliese connects with a body shot that sends Kong's belly button to the back.

Oooh a lovely combination from Angliese sends Kong down but not out. Angliese dives into side control looking to finish.
Kong looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Angliese decides to stand up, so the ref orders Kong to his feet.
Angliese throws an overhand right that drops Kong like a sack of potatoes! Angliese dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bo Angliese!
After winning the bout, Bo Angliese thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
