Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lloyd Strife (ranked 6863 p4p, 579 weight class) and Ivan Izquierdo (ranked 3630 p4p, 437 weight class). Strife comes to the cage accompanied by Warren G - Regulate (Feat. Nate Dogg). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Izquierdo lands the left hand.
Izquierdo scores with a jab to the body.
Strife shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Izquierdo counters with a nice body shot.
Izquierdo misses the shot to the body.
Strife looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Izquierdo is fending him off so far but Strife persists. Nope, Izquierdo circles away and we're back to standing.
Strife dives in for a single leg takedown but Izquierdo sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lloyd Strife. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A head kick by Strife misses
and Izquierdo counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Strife thinking.
Izquierdo works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Izquierdo scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Strife is breathing heavily.
A left and a right from Izquierdo both land. Nice combination.

It looks like Lloyd Strife has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Strife takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Izquierdo connects with a stiff jab that staggers Strife - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
