Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fits Miz (ranked 5884 p4p, 413 weight class) and Fedor Petrov (ranked 6959 p4p, 450 weight class). Petrov has chosen They want too see me fall as his entrance music. Fedor Petrov will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Fits Miz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fedor Petrov!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Miz gets the takedown into side control.
Petrov is looking to get back to his feet here but Miz is keeping cool and he's managed to take Petrov's back.
I really don't envy Petrov right now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Petrov tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Miz is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Petrov can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Miz is landing with some decent strikes but Petrov is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
BOOM! Miz connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Miz jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Petrov is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Petrov and Miz has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Petrov is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Miz is controlling him well.

Petrov trying to remain calm as Miz controls from the top position.
Petrov sneaks back into half guard.

Miz decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Miz lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Miz moves into the clinch.
Petrov is looking to break free of the clinch but Miz has double underhooks.
Miz tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Petrov is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Miz escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Petrov misses with a few strikes there.
Miz attempts a counter takedown but Petrov avoids it well and moves away.

Miz throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Petrov is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Miz shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Petrov but Petrov pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Miz has his takedown stuffed
and Petrov counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Miz! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Petrov!
