Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Kron Diego!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chad Yonic!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diego waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Yonic.
Diego looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Yonic lands a nice looking body shot.
Yonic swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Diego has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Yonic finds it's way round the side to connect with Diego's head.
Diego swings widly with a right hand
and Yonic counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Diego misses with a punch to the body.
A head punch on the inside from Yonic fails to land.
Diego throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Diego goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Yonic jumps guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Diego gets to his feet - Yonic follows without any prompting.
A lazy left from Yonic finds it's target.
Yonic thuds a left hand into Diego's body.
Sloppy strikes from Diego. Those never looked like landing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Good shot there by Yonic.
Yonic lands with a shot to the body.

A big right from Diego misses.
Yonic looks to land a right hand but Diego moved out of range.
It looked like Diego was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Diego swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
It seemed like Yonic was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Yonic throws out a powerful jab.
Yonic lands a slapping body shot.
Yonic lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Yonic wants to clinch.
Yonic slips a jab from Diego.
Yonic tries to clinch but Diego is having none of it.
Yonic jabs Diego to the body, keeping him at a distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A looping hook to the body misses from Yonic. Diego does a little dance to reset his feet.
An attempted straight right counter from Diego misses the target.
Chad Yonic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yonic throws a body punch but Diego moves out of range.
Diego is looking to counter punch.
Yonic stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Yonic misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Diego counters with a stiff right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Diego drops his hands momentarily and Yonic takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Kron Diego is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Yonic bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Diego's head.
Diego slips a straight right by Yonic.
Diego misses with a right hand
and Yonic counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Yonic is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Diego had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Yonic lands a slapping body shot.
The fighters circling - Diego throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Diego uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Yonic.
Yonic jabs at Diego's body.
Diego drops Yonic with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Yonic looks back up at him and smiles so Diego waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Yonic is rocked!

Yonic misses with a right hand
and Diego counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
