Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chris Kriss!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Alessio Da Santiago!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Santiago takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Nice cross by Kriss.
Da Santiago moves in looking to clinch but Kriss pushes him off.

Da Santiago is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Kriss's half guard.

Kriss manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Kriss catches Da Santiago with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Da Santiago tries for a takedown but Kriss circles away easily
and Kriss counters with a nice uppercut.
Da Santiago tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Da Santiago closes the distance and pushes Kriss back into the cage.

Da Santiago decides to pull guard.

Kriss stands up and waves to Da Santiago to follow him.
Da Santiago dodges the punch combination from Kriss.
Da Santiago shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kriss as he jumps to the side.
Kriss takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kriss bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Da Santiago's head.
Kriss lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kriss.

Da Santiago is rocked!
Kriss drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Da Santiago right on the button. Da Santiago goes down! Kriss follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Kriss gets the win via TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chris Kriss!
A very excited looking Chris Kriss rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
