The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Dillan Fox and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gilchrist leaves Blake with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Gilchrist appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Gilchrist throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Blake was covering up waiting for the punch and Gilchrist finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Gilchrist drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Gilchrist seems to have locked his on tight now - Blake screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Gilchrist, as he picks up the win!
