The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCann throws a sloppy head kick and Zholdoshev moves out of range easily.

McCann has picked Zholdoshev up - he's going for a ride! McCann dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Zholdoshev wants to get back to his feet.
McCann thows a huge punch but Zholdoshev dodges it nicely.
Zholdoshev pushes McCann off but McCann dives into side control.
McCann is putting a hurting on Zholdoshev here, landing some big shots from side control.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
