The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvis Iii misses with a takedown

and Davids counters with a crisp one two that drops Alvis Iii! Davids thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Alvis Iii to his feet! Alvis Iii is in big trouble!

Alvis Iii is rocked!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Oh Alvis Iii is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Davids successfully pulls guard.

Davids manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Davids goes for a takedown attempt but Alvis Iii pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Davids shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Davids slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Davids lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Dennis Davids!
