The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flynn jabbing away but nothing is landing.
It looked like Hendricks was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Flynn.
Flynn swings widly with a right hand
and Hendricks counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Hendricks.
Hendricks tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Flynn's elbow.
Flynn blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Hendricks has a couple of punches blocked by Flynn.
Flynn breaks from the clinch.
Flynn pushes Hendricks up against the cage in a clinch.
Flynn breaks the clinch.
Sloppy strikes from Flynn. Those never looked like landing.
Flynn throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Flynn lands a lovely overhand right.
Hendricks is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Flynn moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Quinton Flynn!
