Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Barbosa (ranked 3137 p4p, 340 weight class) and Abdullah Dawsari (ranked 2340 p4p, 265 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice combination there by Barbosa.

It looks like Abdullah Dawsari has been cut.
Barbosa fails to land with a series of punches.
Barbosa scores with a jab to the head.

Dawsari is rocked!
Barbosa throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dawsari stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Dawsari feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Dawsari is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Barbosa has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Dawsari is looking to defend but Barbosa has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Dawsari! Barbosa pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Dawsari taps out and this one is all over!
