Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cesare Tiramanti!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jackson Storm!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Franklyn Lucas and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Storm looks to score with a jab to the body but Tiramanti is just out of range.
A quick step to the side and Tiramanti tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
A telegraphed right hand from Storm misses the target.
Tiramanti throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Storm stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Tiramanti misses with a hook.
Storm scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Storm thows a left - swing and a miss!
Tiramanti takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Storm lands a nice shot that snaps Tiramanti's head back.
Storm fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tiramanti manages to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tiramanti steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Storm.
Storm throws an overhand right that lands on Tiramanti's shoulder, as Tiramanti tries to avoid the shot.
Storm lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It seemed like Storm was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Storm has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Tiramanti uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Storm.
Storm walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Tiramanti will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Storm tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tiramanti was well out of range. Poor timing from Storm.
Tiramanti tries to bum rush Storm with a series of wild strikes but Storm uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Storm cracks Tiramanti with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Tiramanti throws a nice looking combination but Storm bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
As Tiramanti backs off Storm throws a huge counter combo but Tiramanti manages to avoid it all.
Tiramanti takes one to the side of the head.
Tiramanti throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A nice side step and Storm releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Tiramanti pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Storm back to the cage. Tiramanti follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Storm has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

and Tiramanti counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Tiramanti might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Tiramanti looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Storm circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Tiramanti drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Storm follows Tiramanti to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
