Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sting Fire!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Franklyn Lucas and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scott throws a half hearted mid kick.
Scott throws a low kick, looking for Fire's leg but Fire calmly moves out of range.
Scott has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
A swing and a miss from Scott.
Fire tries to counter by closing the distance.
Scott tries a head kick but it misses.
A countering left hand to the body from Fire misses.
Scott throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Fire throws out a counter right but Scott avoids it with no problem.
Scott lands a lovely overhand right.
Scott misses with a lunging right hand
and Fire counters with a lovely straight right hand!


It looks like Tyler Scott has been cut.
Scott throws an off balance right hand
and Fire connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Fire checks the leg kick nicely there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Scott throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Scott misses with a double jab

and Fire counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Scott swings wildly with an uppercut but Fire uses good head movement to avoid it.

Fire throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Scott blocks it with crossed arms.
Fire tries to land knees in the clinch but Scott avoids the damage to the body.
Scott on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Scott is trying to maintain a safe position but Fire gets an underhook and turns Scott into the cage.

Scott throws an elbow but it misses.
Fire avoids a wild elbow strike from Scott.

The referee is keeping an eye on Fire - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Fire tries to work over Scott's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Fire has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Scott seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Fire can turn it around.
Fire tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Scott's elbow.
Fire is leaning against Scott and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Scott pushes off an throws an elbow but Fire leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fire throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Fire scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Fire obliges.
Fire lands a knee to the body.
Fire works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Fire's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Fire lands a body punch.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Fire.
Fire trying to land knees to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sting Fire dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Tyler Scott's cut.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


A head kick by Scott misses

and Fire counters with a crisp right hand that drops Scott! Fire lets Scott back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Fire checks a leg kick.
Fire tries to counter with a clinch but Scott shakes him off and moves away.
Scott misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Scott misses with a body kick.
Scott sets himself, and Fire steps forward looking for the clinch! Scott avoids it this time.
Scott throws a combination that misses
and Fire counters with a crisp right that sends Scott to the canvas! Fire follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sting Fire!
A relieved looking Sting Fire thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
