Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tsuyoi Kakuto (ranked 1199 p4p, 172 weight class) and Lukasz Patryk (ranked 6195 p4p, 540 weight class). Kakuto comes to the cage accompanied by Gorillaz-Dirty Harry. Lukasz Patryk acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patryk throws a head kick that half lands.

It looks like Tsuyoi Kakuto has been cut.

Kakuto pushes Patryk up against the cage in a clinch.
Kakuto is looking to take this one to the mat.
Kakuto prevents Patryk from breaking the clinch.
Kakuto dodges an elbow strike from Patryk.
Patryk stops a takedown attempt from Kakuto.
Patryk has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Kakuto after a bit of a struggle.

Kakuto has clasped his hands together around Patryk's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Kakuto is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Patryk will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Patryk is looking for a sweep.
Patryk wants to control but Kakuto postures up.
Patryk seems a little lost for a moment, as Kakuto dominates the positioning.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Patryk is looking to regain half guard here but Kakuto keeps moving and retains side control.

Patryk seems a little lost for a moment, as Kakuto dominates the positioning.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Patryk throws a head kick that misses.
Kakuto tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Patryk manages to circle out of the way.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
