Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Pradak Kingstar (ranked 3197 p4p, 291 weight class) and Jack Martins (ranked 3752 p4p, 320 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kingstar gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Martins counters with a right hand to the body.
Kingstar dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kingstar takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Martins jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Nice defenses there by Martins.
Martins is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Martins looks to throw the jab but Kingstar is out of range.
Kingstar looks to land a left hand but Martins moved out of range nicely.
Kingstar slips under a jab.
Kingstar moves away from the strike by Martins.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kingstar ducks under a wild hook from Martins.
Kingstar rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Martins counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Kingstar throws a poor cross that misses
and Martins makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Kingstar takes a swing at Martins's ribcage but misses.

Kingstar changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Martins tries to avoid it but Kingstar manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Martins to the ground. Martins escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
It seemed like Martins was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Kingstar throws a nice looking combination but Martins bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Martins takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Martins gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Kingstar slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Kingstar has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Kingstar has hold of Martins's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Martins manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
We've been informed that Martins has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Kingstar throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Martins has his hands clasped together but Kingstar breaks the hold and Martins is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Kingstar!
