PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Boom Laka (ranked 4236 p4p, 434 weight class) and Tatsuya Kimura (ranked 3699 p4p, 388 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A shot to the liver by Kimura. Beautiful body shot.
Laka circles away from the clinch attempt.

Kimura is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Laka looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Laka has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kimura's face.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
