Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vasil Petrov (ranked 1191 p4p, 151 weight class) and Slash Slingin (ranked 1056 p4p, 134 weight class). Slingin has chosen Drop The World as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Slingin shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Petrov lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Petrov tries to keep at a distance but Slingin has taken the fight into the clinch.
Petrov lands with a light punch inside.

Slingin has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Petrov clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Petrov is holding onto Slingin's left hand, preventing any choke attempts.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Slingin is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Petrov knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Petrov for a finish.

Petrov cracks Slingin with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Petrov has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Slingin to stand back up!
Slingin is still on wobbly legs! Can Petrov finish him?
Petrov lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Slingin head around and knocks him out cold! Petrov hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.

Vasil Petrov was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
