Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chip Chocolate (ranked 652 p4p, 25 weight class) and John Smith (ranked 353 p4p, 14 weight class). Chocolate comes to the cage accompanied by Cookie Dance. Smith is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Song 2. Chip Chocolate has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chip Chocolate!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 20 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Smith!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chocolate will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Smith throws a shot from downtown. Chocolate moves away and avoids it.
Smith's coach down at Legendary MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Smith's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Smith throws a leg kick which misses Chocolate's front leg but catches the back leg as Chocolate tries to avoid it.
Smith keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Some bone on bone action there as Chocolate checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
A jab from Smith misses.
Smith misses with a straight left.
Smith throws a series of punches but Chocolate avoids them all with ease.
A low kick lands for Smith.
Smith throws an overhand right that lands on Chocolate's shoulder, as Chocolate tries to avoid the shot.
John Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chocolate lands a glancing blow to the side of Smith's head.
Chocolate checks the leg kick nicely there.
A telegraphed right hand from Smith misses the target.
Smith misses with a straight left.
Smith takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Chocolate looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Smith is fending him off so far but Chocolate persists. Nope, Smith circles away and we're back to standing.
Smith throws a body kick that misses

so Chocolate counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Smith pulls Chocolate in close to his closed guard and prevents Chocolate from doing any damage or advancing position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Chocolate wants to pass the guard but Smith is keeping the position.
Chocolate in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Chocolate trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Smith trying to keep a closed guard but Chocolate is proving a slippery customer.
Smith has Chocolate pulled in close to control his posture.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Chocolate looking to sit in guard and control but Smith gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Smith trying to stand up but can't free himself from Chocolate's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Chocolate managing to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Smith preventing the sweep.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Smith is looking to stand up but Chocolate won't let him.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Smith connects with an inside leg kick.
Smith loads up on a big right hand but Chocolate slips the punch.
Chocolate is looking to counter punch.
Chocolate misses with an uppercut. Smith saw that one coming.
A jab from Chocolate misses.
Smith throws a looping overhand right but Chocolate ducks down to avoid it.
A big left from Smith misses.
Smith turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Chocolate misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chip Chocolate. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Smith. Chocolate shrugs it off though.
That kick from Smith tenderised Chocolate's leg. Chocolate is trying to keep his angry face on.
Smith scores with a nice strike.


It looks like Chip Chocolate has been cut.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A looping hook to the body misses from Chocolate. Smith does a little dance to reset his feet.
Smith tries to land a front kick but Chocolate steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Chocolate swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Chocolate uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Smith has time to react.
Smith throws a good cross that connects.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Smith missing with a left hand there. Chocolate was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A swing and a miss from Chocolate.
Smith throws a nice outside leg kick.
Smith lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Chocolate circles away quickly and effectively.
Chocolate misses with a low kick.
Chocolate misses with a looping right.
Smith throws a series of punches but Chocolate moves out of range.
Chocolate cracks Smith with a good jab.
Smith misses with a straight right.
Chocolate bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
No luck for Chocolate with that takedown attempt.
Smith throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

John Smith dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Chip Chocolate's cut.
That's time! Chocolate's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Chocolate walks into a straight right hand from Smith.

Smith sends Chocolate crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Smith is motioning to the referee to let Chocolate up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!


Chocolate is rocked!
Chocolate tries to get into range but Smith steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Chocolate! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Smith scores the big KO victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). John Smith!
John Smith decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
In defeat, Chip Chocolate stepped up to the mic, saying 'I'm gonna take this loss with a grain of salt, or a grain of sugar, and put it in a cookie, and eat it.'.
