The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kappa takes a kick to the side of the head.
Juan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kappa manages to avoid it.
Juan with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Juan misses with the combination.
Kappa lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Juan looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Juan tries to land a front kick but Kappa steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kappa's jab looks to have found its range, popping Juan under the eye.
Kappa uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Juan.
It looked like Kappa wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Juan looks to land a right hand but Kappa moved out of range.
Kappa dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kappa throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Juan crashing down! Juan tries to stagger back to his feet but Kappa just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Juan asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
