The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hopkins misses with a body kick.
Minister scores with a jab to the jaw.
It looks like Nick Hopkins has been cut.
A telegraphed right hand from Minister misses the target.
Hopkins on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Hopkins looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Minister bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Hopkins 's head.
Minister ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
We've been told by Hopkins 's head coaches at Rio Fight Academy that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Minister checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Hopkins has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Hopkins there as he acknowledges the shot.
Hopkins is rocked!
Hopkins bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Minister comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Hopkins falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Hopkins was out before he hit the floor!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Death Minister!
