Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Chief Navajo (ranked 1486 p4p, 175 weight class) and Jonny Baker (ranked 2868 p4p, 269 weight class). Chief Navajo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

and Navajo counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Navajo throws a strike but Baker avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
We've been hearing that Navajo has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
Navajo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Baker not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
