Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Danny Wyadd (ranked 2521 p4p, 302 weight class) and Ralphie White (ranked 4140 p4p, 424 weight class). Danny Wyadd has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Danny Wyadd!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ralphie White!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Wyadd.

Wyadd forces White back against the cage and clinches.
Wyadd lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Wyadd has hold of one of White's legs. White is fighting the takedown attempt but Wyadd gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
White looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
White looking for a sweep. Not yet White, not yet.
Wyadd postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Wyadd in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Wyadd thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Wyadd drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Wyadd jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

White throws a series of punches but Wyadd moves out of range.
Ralphie White has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Danny Wyadd is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

White throws a solid leg kick but Wyadd takes the impact on his shin and smiles at White.
Danny Wyadd is winning the standup battle so far.
Wyadd lands a jab to the nose.
White showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Wyadd.

Wyadd is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Wyadd tries to close the distance and clinch but White swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Danny Wyadd.
Well Wyadd has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
