The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Jorge Garcia and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marshall will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ireland drives through and clinches with Marshall against the cage.
Ireland throws a punch but it's blocked by Marshall.
Ireland digs a right hand into Marshall's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Marshall's gas tank.
Ireland breaks the clinch.
A swing and a miss from Marshall.
A big right from Marshall misses.
Ireland avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ireland bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Ireland comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Ireland on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Marshall lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ireland circles away quickly and effectively.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ireland. Marshall does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ireland tries for a takedown but Marshall sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Marshall closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Ireland out cold! Ireland corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Don Marshall!

Micky Ireland was interviewed post fight and said 'Don't worry ... Irish Micky will be back and harder than ever. '.
