The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koniu wants to clinch but Pearson slips to the side
and Koniu takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Japa Koniu has been cut.
Pearson throws a low kick but Koniu avoids it.
Pearson sends Koniu crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Pearson is motioning to the referee to let Koniu up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Pearson drops Koniu with a huge uppercut! Koniu drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Pearson is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
