And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sebastian Rutten!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Nogueira looks to score with a jab to the body but Rutten is just out of range.
Nogueira throws a right hand that misses
and Rutten counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Rutten blocks a head kick by Nogueira.
Nogueira misses with a left hand
and Rutten counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Nogueira throws a leg kick
and Rutten scores with a counter punch that sends Nogueira to the canvas! Rutten smells blood - he's punishing Nogueira with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Nogueira has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sebastian Rutten!
After winning the bout, Sebastian Rutten thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
