Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tom Creature (ranked 3357 p4p, 386 weight class) and Jorgens Vergys (ranked 4060 p4p, 431 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jorgens Vergys!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Creature stalks Vergys and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Vergys's face. Vergys staggers backwards, shaken.
Creature thuds a left hand into Vergys's body.
Vergys connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Creature scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Creature works the jab nicely.
Vergys tries to close the distance and clinch up but Creature swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Vergys tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Vergys wants to clinch up but Creature keeps it at a distance.
Creature went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Creature catches Vergys with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
We've been told by Creature's head coaches at 3Band MMA ($800/week) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Creature connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Vergys's hands.

Creature drops Vergys with a beautiful combination! Vergys stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Creature is looking for the KO!

Vergys is rocked!
Vergys walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Vergys limp body while Creature jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
