Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Sullivan (ranked 2553 p4p, 284 weight class) and Drizontay Wilder (ranked 3266 p4p, 347 weight class). Sullivan's entrance music is The Hand of John L. Sullivan. A fine choice. Drizontay Wilder struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 207.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good standup being displayed there by Sullivan as he connects with a hook.
Sullivan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Wilder.
Sullivan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Wilder drops Sullivan with a nice combination! Wilder dives into Sullivan's guard, looking to finish!

Sullivan is rocked!

It looks like John Sullivan has been cut.
Wilder throws a strike but Sullivan rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Oh Sullivan is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Wilder wants to sweep here but Sullivan controlling him for the moment.
Sullivan seems to have got his legs back now.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Wilder manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Sullivan has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Wilder's coach down at Iron mikes mma was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Wilder's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Sullivan is trying to break the clinch but Wilder has him pressed against the cage.

Wilder lands a shoulder strike.
Sullivan wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Wilder has him pressed against the cage.
Wilder pushes Sullivan back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Sullivan is pushing Wilder up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Sullivan ducks straight into an uppercut from Wilder and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Sullivan manages to regain guard straight away.

Sullivan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Wilder throws a jab but it's blocked by Sullivan.

Sullivan feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Wilders jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Sullivan lands a nice shot that snaps Wilder's head back.
Sullivan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wilder paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wilder thows a left - swing and a miss!
A lazy left from Sullivan finds it's target.
The crowd cheers as Wilder lands an impressive looking overhand right. Sullivan doesn't seem phased though.

Sullivan throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wilder circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Sullivan to the canvas! Sullivan doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Wilder keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
