Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Brownie Anderson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Yodsanan Sityodtong!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson connects with the punch.
Anderson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Anderson doesn't manage to clinch there - Sityodtong circles away.
A little jabbing left from Sityodtong on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Anderson moves away from the strike by Sityodtong.
Anderson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sityodtong.
Anderson uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sityodtong.
Sityodtong swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Anderson.


It looks like Brownie Anderson has been cut.

Anderson moves into the clinch.
Sityodtong blocks the elbow strike.

Sityodtong pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Sityodtong blocks a head kick by Anderson.
Sityodtong avoids the head kick by Anderson.
Anderson moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Anderson takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Anderson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sityodtong.
Sityodtong throws out a loose jab but Anderson uses good head movement to avoid it.
A quick step to the side and Anderson tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Anderson misses with a body shot.
Sityodtong swings for the body but Anderson moves out of range.
As Sityodtong looks to move away, Anderson throws a big counter combo but Sityodtong just gets out of the way.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sityodtong throws a hook but Anderson blocks it.
Sityodtong looks to land a combination but Anderson avoids it well.

Anderson closes the distance and clinches.
Sityodtong tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Anderson lands a damaging elbow.


It looks like Yodsanan Sityodtong has been cut.
Sityodtong throws a punch but it's blocked by Anderson.
Sityodtong trying to control the position but instead, Anderson has worked for underhooks and has pushed Sityodtong into the ropes.
Sityodtong is trying to break the clinch but Anderson is controlling him.

Sityodtong breaks from the clinch.

Anderson closes the distance and clinches.
Sityodtong has had enough of the clinch but Anderson keeps him there for the moment.
Sityodtong tries a body shot but Anderson blocks it.
Anderson pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the ropes.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Sityodtong swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Sityodtong wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Sityodtong breaks from the clinch.

Anderson forces Sityodtong back against the ropes and clinches.
Anderson prevents Sityodtong from breaking the clinch.
Anderson swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Sityodtong can't break the clinch.

Sityodtong breaks from the clinch.
Anderson tries to move into range but Sityodtong moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Anderson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sityodtong throws out the jab.
Sityodtong defending well as Anderson loads up on a big left hand.
Anderson fails in his attempt to clinch.
Anderson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sityodtong circles away quickly and effectively.
Sityodtong throws out a counter right but Anderson avoids it with no problem.
Anderson lands a jab.
Sityodtong drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Brownie Anderson will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Sityodtong takes a swing at Anderson's ribcage but misses.
Anderson swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Anderson lands a really nice looking cross but Sityodtong seems unphased.


Sityodtong is rocked!

Sityodtong gets tackled into the ropes by Anderson. Anderson maintains the clinch.
Sityodtong is still on wobbly legs! Can Anderson finish him?
Anderson cracks Sityodtong on the bridge of the nose with a nasty looking elbow! Sityodtong crumples to the floor in pain, holding his face! It doesn't look like he's going to beat the count - he's out of it! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Elbows). Brownie Anderson!
Post fight, Brownie Anderson stared into the camera and said 'I am the fookin greatest ya hear! I want that fookin belt!'.
