The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jordan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Burnham manages to avoid it.
Nice takedown defense from Burnham. No joy for Jordan on that attempt.
Burnham scores with the left hand. Jordan knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Craig Jordan has been cut.
Jordan takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Jordan thows a leg kick but Burnham checks it
enabling Burnham to counter with a crisp jab.
Jordan fails in his attempt to clinch.
Jordan clinches up against the cage.
Burnham makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Burnham lands a body punch.
Jordan's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Jordan fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Burnham lands a hook that snaps the head of Jordan backwards.
Jordan is rocked!
Jordan looks winded!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Burnham lands with a short shot to the head.
Jordan is still on wobbly legs! Can Burnham finish him?
Burnham pushes Jordan against the cage. Burnham is working some dirty boxing. Burnham pushes off with a quick right hook! Jordan goes down! Jordan tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Burnham moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Adrian Burnham!
